This 1970 Formula 3 race car is for sale.
This is a March 703, 1970 1000cc 1
litre Formula 3. Fully original with a Holbay MAE engine and a Hewland MK8
Gearbox.
There is a full history with this car, and it has HSCC papers and is ready to be
fuelled up and raced.
It has raced has raced for the last 3 years in the classic racing cars race with
the HSCC, in 2002 it was second in class, in 2003 it was first in its class
and second overall.
The car has a completely reconditioned engine, reconditioned gearbox, brake and
clutch cylinders have been serviced and new braded brake hoses fitted
throughout.
There is also a new nose cone and complete re-spray to
the entire body work.
The car was also stripped to the chassis, which was
re-powdercoated just one race ago.
